Cecily earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2017. She is a licensed physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor with a deep passion for helping people move with confidence, strength, and purpose.
Her approach is rooted in mindful, intentional movement. Pelvic Floor Changes Core Weakness Everyday Movement Recovery Confidence
When pain or an injury starts changing the way you move, it can affect much more than exercise. Everyday things like getting out of a chair, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, working, sleeping, or keeping up with the activities you enjoy can suddenly become harder.
Your physical therapy should be just as individual as the reason you’re seeking care.
With private, one-on-one sessions, your time is focused entirely on you. We’ll take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, how it is affecting your life, and what you want to get back to doing.
Sessions Starting at $175

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, sessions are designed to help you move with greater control and confidence. With a physical therapist’s perspective, you’ll receive thoughtful instruction and individualized modifications to make Pilates both effective and approachable—while building a stronger foundation for the activities you love.
Private Pilates sessions are available in-studio and are focused on movement, strength, and overall wellness. If you are experiencing pain, recovering from an injury, or have specific rehabilitation needs, physical therapy may be a better fit for your goals.

Postpartum Home Care
The early weeks after having a baby are filled with incredible change, physically, emotionally, and mentally. While you’re learning how to care for your newborn, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your own body or unsure of what is “normal” during recovery. Many moms feel unsure about movement, lifting, exercise, or whether the changes they’re experiencing are normal.
Leaving home with a newborn can feel overwhelming, which is why postpartum support should come to you. This in-hone visit brings expert support, helping you reconnect with your body, move safely, and build confidence in your recovery while caring for your baby.
